Reagan was raised in Franklinton, LA. After graduating from Bowling Green School, Reagan attended the University of Mississippi where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Leadership and Spanish. She was also a graduate of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College and Trent Lott Leadership Institute. In 2022, Reagan received her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During her law school tenure, Reagan was Editor-in-Chief of Vol. X of the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources, was a member of the Energy Law Negotiation Competition Team, and served in the Student Bar Association. In addition, Reagan was a student clinician at the law center’s Immigration Clinic and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work in the course.
Reagan is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state and federal courts.
Outside of work, Reagan enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, exercising, and watching Ole Miss and LSU sports.
