Jeremy was born and raised in Grand Prairie, Louisiana, in heart of Acadiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. Jeremy continued his education at Loyola University New Orleans School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2002.
After law school, Jeremy worked as an assistant district attorney in Jefferson Parish for three and a half years. During his time at the DA’s office, he gained extensive trial experience, successfully prosecuting hundreds of crimes in Parish Court, Juvenile Court, and the Felony Family Violence Prosecution Unit. In 2007, Jeremy entered private practice with a small Metairie firm, defending workers’ compensation claims on behalf of employers and insurance companies.
In 2012, Jeremy went into practice for himself, representing injured workers, and those injured by the negligence of others. In 2021, Jeremy returned to defense practice, ultimately joining TWPD in 2024.
Jeremy, along with his wife, Sarah, and two children, Gabbie, and Parker, reside in Mandeville. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys travel, LSU Sports, live music, cooking, Saints football, and movies.
