After arriving at TWPD in 2013, Jared’s practice has been solely in litigation with a focus on general liability, insurance defense, and construction law. Through this practice, Jared has developed extensive experience representing defendants in the areas of transportation, premises liability, product liability, and construction defect. Additionally, Jared represents many insurance clients in first party claims and bad faith litigation.  Jared prides himself on the attention and responsiveness he provides to every client in order to accomplish each client’s specific goals in litigation.
