The plaintiff’s bar seems to be ever evolving to maximize their clients’ damages, while the defense bar largely remains static and reactive. David uses proactive and creative approaches to quickly, efficiently, and effectively close his clients’ claims. After graduating cum laude from Tulane University Law School in 2010, David returned home to Baton Rouge to practice at TWPD. Since then, David developed his practice into handling mostly large loss automobile liability, premise liability, construction defect, and contractual dispute cases. David also shares his knowledge of Louisiana law through nationwide lectures and seminars with risk and management teams from various insurance companies and corporations. When not practicing law, David tries to stop his golf game from further regressing, while also spending time with his wife and two young boys.
