Cy was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. After completing his undergraduate studies, Cy worked as a real estate investment analyst in Houston, TX where he gained valuable experience working with real estate investors in both the residential and commercial sectors.

He then returned to Louisiana to continue his education at LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law School where he was a cum laude graduate in 2024. While attending law school, he completed an externship at the Attorney General’s office, served as an academic tutor for Legal Research and Writing, and achieved the Dean’s Scholar Award in multiple semesters.

Upon graduating from law school, Cy joined TWPD, where he is an associate on the firm’s General Liability Litigation Practice Team. His practice focuses on insurance defense and premise liability.
